Staying at AKL - has anyone used guest services to print out or reserve boarding passes from SW? They are not a participating airline with ME so I understand I will need to take my luggage (no big deal). Some are reporting that they were able to have the resort go online and check in with southwest to get the A boarding pass. Has anyone done this at AKL and if so who did it for you? TIA we will be departing at 3:30 on the 10th so I will need them done at 3:31 on the 9th.

FIWI, I am posting on the transportation board as well so sorry if you read this 2x.

Hey, I am not sure if this will help but... The last time I stayed at AK and needed to do this I went over to the buisness center at Coronado Springs. AK does not have a buisness center, or did not in May, and I was told by the front desk to go to Coronado. So the day before, I took the bus back from Epcot to Coronado and went to the buisness center. The ladies in the buisness center were very helpful and did not make me pay anything. (Generally the internet is $12 an hour and printing is $1 a page) The did if for free and helped me do it. If you are staying at the Concierge, I know they will do it for you at no cost. If not, then it may be worth going to one of the other Deluxe resorts near the park you are at. If you are at MK go to the Contemporay's buisness center. If you are at Epcot or Magic Kingdom go to the Buisness Center at the Dolphin. The people in the Dolphin's buisness center are very professional and helpful as they deal with lots of convention people. I am sure they would be able to print them. I hope some of this helps... have a great trip!

Thank you so much as I don't mind doing it myself and made some "free time" on Sunday for this purpose. I have been trying to remember the resorts with a business center - totally forgot about the CSR - also the CR and The Dolpin IIRC. FWIW I would sooo pay $12.00 for an a pass as I am the solo adult on this trip with my 2dd's.

THanks

They printed them for me at WL. So I would think AKL would too.

We did this in July at the front desk @AKL. The CM had to go to a back room and was gone a long time, but when she came out she brought me two copies of everythingwith seat assignments for both legs of our flight.

Pop Century and Por have both printed our our passes. POP did it at the front desk at 12:01 am..POR said it had to be during daytime..so they (guest services) did them at 7 am. Now that you can print them out 24 hours in advance, you shouldn't have trouble with any of the resorts printing them out during the day. No charge for either.

I just got back from AKL and the front desk did this for me. I went shortly after midnight on the day of my flight.

As DMRick mentioned above, you can now print out the passes 24 hours in advance of your flight. I don't know when this started. I'm just wondering if guest services in any of the parks will do this for you if you happen to be in a park within the 24 hours of your flight.

Great - since my flight leaves at 3:30pm I hope the front desk won't be to busy with check-in's to do it for me. I am going to ask when we check-in what my options are and take if from there. I don't mind going to one of the business centers to do it myself but obviously it will be easier if AKL will do it.

we just got back from POR 2 wks ago. I asked the front desk to print them, they said no problem but wanted a confirmation code that I didn't have with me. I returned with the confirmation's I'd printed out before we left home and the front desk had a line so I asked concierage. They printed them out with no problems at all. Hope this helps, if a mod will do it I can't see that AK won't.

All disney resorts will do it for you. :Pinkbounc
