AKL Fitness Center question

sorry for all of the silly questions as of late but these just pop into my head as I'm getting ready for Disney

what kind of equipment is in the AKL Fitness center? is it mainly cardio stuff like stationary bikes? Do they have weight equipment? do they have punching bags or anything of the sort (this is really the main question, I take martial arts and would like a bag to work out on while on while on vacation, I would like to know so I know if I should take my gloves and foot boots or not)

DH says they have weights, cardio machines, but he did not see any type of speedbag or heavy punching bag.

DH used to work at a fitness center and says that they DO have a great assortment of fitness machines and weights.

He also has their phone number in his wallet!LOL!

I used the fitness center and did not see any bags. The array of equipment and weights, though, is pretty good. And, the cast members there are very helpful. The equipment last November was in good shape.

Give them a call. I'm sure they can answer all your questions. They were very helpful.
