Has anyone stayed in a deluxe room at AKL? I see where they have a setup with 1 queen bed, bunkbed and daybed. Would 3 adults and 2 kids be able to stay in this room? For anyone who has had a bunkbed room, can an adult fit in the lower bunk? Thanks for your help!

The bunkbeds in our room at the AKL were standard twin size. When you consider that the 'uprights' for the upper bunk prevent you from hanging over the top or bottom edges of the mattress I would think that someone taller than 5'8" or so might not be comfortable in the bunkbeds.

But if you have 3 adults - 2 could sleep in the Queen bed and the other could sleep in the daybed - If the daybed doesn't have a structure' around the top and bottom edges it would be fine for most adults. The kids would probably prefer the bunkbeds anyway!

As long as the adult is not to big...6 foot would be tight.
