Unfortunately I can't use this deal but thought I'd share for anyone who can- I've never seen a Disney property deal before! Oh & I think Ebates is doing 15% back on LivingSocial right now too.....

I didn't read all the details but it says from $198 a night- I would assume that it depends on dates & room type.

I took a look at it and the rates were much higher for the dates that I put in. IMO, it's not such a bargain but I didn't check any cash-back websites to see if buying through Living Social would give a big enough rebate to make it worthwhile.

Ebates has 15% back for Living Social. I believe it's only for today, in honor of their 15th anniversary.

What is the rack rate for the room that you're seeing the $85/night off? How does that translate into %-off?

I was looking at early November and it was valid for those dates. It's probably in the fine print somewhere.
