AKL, Cruise, then what?

In early May, DH, DS (3) and I are doing the land/sea vacation with 3 nights at AKL, followed by a cruise. Instead of flying home on Thursday, we're considering staying one or two more nights in the Orlando area.

What should we do with the extra days/nights?

Return to Disney? If so, where should we stay?
Do something else? If so, what?

With a three year old...Sea world, definately sea world.

Also, Dr. Seuss and the super hero area at Islands of adventure are fantastic.

A way to experience a "water park" while at a fun hotel is to stay at the "new" Nichelodeon Holiday Inn Hotel....check this place out on the web or people discussing it on these boards , you would have a fabulous pool and relax...also only 1 mile from WDW. There are characture meals with Sponge Bob and Dora!

Sea World sounds like a great idea. And, my son would be thrilled to have breakfast with Dora!!
