We have just received our guest itinerary for our upcoming stay at AKL. The experience with our TA has been horrible with many errors being done on their part. When we upgraded our 2 rooms at CSR to 2 rooms at AKL, the TA only quoted the difference for 1 room. We were already hooked on AKL when we received the bad news that the difference was doubled. Now that our itineraries have arrived, room request was only on 1 room, plus the request for adjoining rooms was not there. Does anyone have the name/fax # for AKL room assigner. I'm hoping that a nice note will avoid any problems at check in.
