We just got back from a wonderful week long stay at AKL and when we left to head home we accidentally left behind one of our sons' duffle bags. I called the AKL as soon as we got home (six hrs. after checking out) and was told by Lost & Found that they did indeed have the bag and would send it out via UPS on the next business day. I practically held my breath until we got the package yesterday because we had two PSPs in that bag . I would like to send a letter, preferrably an email, to AKL - either directly to the Lost & Found dept. or to the GM of AKL - thanking them for finding the bag and sending it back to us so quickly but I don't have an address.

We got our PSPs back in working condition and for that I am extremely thankful.

But, WOW! Great service -- it is really nice to hear that kind of story this day and age! I think it's nice to send them a letter, too.
