AKL concierge question

We"ll be heading out to AKL concierge this June. I have already called the concierge event planning desk myself to schedule our safaris, but have been waiting for the concierge information survey to get here to schedule PS for restaurants. How long should I wait before giving them a call? How soon after your reservations did you hear from the concierge? This is our first concierge trip. I usually make the ressies myself, but I figured that since I'm paying for the extra service, I might as well let them do it. I'd hate to be accidentally overlooked and not get our ressies.

I'm sure you won't get overlooked, but if it is worrying you, then call them (I usually contact the concierge before they contact me for just that reason).

Call them, call them, call them. They do that for you and that is part of what you are paying for. They also do a great job at it.
