I've been in contact, by email, with the Concierge staff at the AKL. How long did you have to wait for the Concierge staff to get back to you regarding your PS's?

We usually got a response within 24 hours. Sometimes, they would just book them and not reply. I would e-mail them back asking for a list of your ps's. They're usually really good about quick responses though.
 
If you ask, they will fax or e-mail an itinerary with all the PS's that have been booked (includes date, time, place and confirm number). I always like to get this ahead of time just to have evidence that it has all been done (plus, I like getting any sort of correspondence from WDW).
 

They won't necessarily get back with you about it...they'll just DO it:)
Just email them a request for your current list of PS. They'll also provide you with a list when you arrive.

When I emailed mine, I got an answer the next morning. Perhaps this is because one had to be changed slightly or because I had asked for an email confirm on our safari earlier.
