Can someone post or PM me with the e mail address for the AKL Concierge Itinerary Planner? Also what is the persons name?

We're booked to arrive 11/15 but made ressie through an agent friend and I know they don't have my phone and don't know if they have my address in records. Would like to put in my room request and arrange for birthday surprise for my dd.

We had Jack Soll as our itinerary planner and he was awesome!!! He planned alot of great surprises for my dbf's birthday !
