This board has been so helpful thus far, I hope that someone will be able to answer one more question. I need the email address for the concierge desk at the AKL. I need some help with some ps requests and HOPE that they can assist me. I appreciate your help...Lin

Thank you! I tried calling the AKL front desk; they could connect me but no one answered. I probably caught them at a busy time. I'll try to contact them by email...thanks again. Oh, there are 5 of us, going for a long weekend May 24-28. Lin

We will be going in July we've never stayed at the concierge level at disney.They made all of my ressies including Simbas place and the sunrise safari. Alana (I'm not sure I spelled that right) helped me the most they have been wonderful. I guess now all I have left is Cindy's and to see if I get the room type I want. Let me know how the trip goes. (oh I almost forgot I think someone told me that e-mail is better for them because they can respond between working with current customers)
