Just wondering if it was worth upgrading to Concierge so we can grab snacks in the morning and such. My daughters are 11 & 9 and they could cost us $$ in milk and oj and that's just at breakfast not counting the soft drinks. I am considering buying vouchers for breakfast if we don't go Concierge.

Anyway, can someone tell me what kind of "atkins" items are available?

We aren't interested in the safari since the girls aren't old enough so the only "perks" would be the snacks.

thanks :)

I'm not to knowledgable about Atkins but if it's protien, I think the concierge snacks would be ok. We were there for 5 nites and there was always some sort of meat on a skewer--salmon, nut crusted salmon, burbon chicken, beef. There were also lentil wraps (very good) and also sorts of mushed lentil dips. There was also cheese. Those were in the 5pm spread.

We did the sunrise safari and loved it. DD turned 10 on the trip and she thought it was the greatest. It really is great for kids that age. The guides like answering their questions.

I'm sure someone more Atkins savey can given you more info.

I would definitely take your daughters on the Sunrise Safari--perhaps you heard about the Sunset Safari, which you're right, they are not old enough for.

I wouldn't plan concierge around your diet--the snacks are just that, snacks, and not meant as meal replacements, except breakfast. There are no meat items at breakfast, all carbs. There is some yogurt and fruit.
