If she likes to dance and the characters, MBBQ might be good but it is not like a normal character meal. She must get up and interact with the characters. They do not come to each table like they do at the other character meals. If she isn't shy and is ok with loud music (it is loud) then you might consider. It was a one and done for my family as I didn't think it was worth the $$. Hoop-dee-do was better. If you uber, you still have to take an internal bus from the front of FW to the BBQ. It's not a direct bus ride either so you'll want to build in at least an extra 20 minutes for this. It almost is better to take the buss to MK and then a boat to FW from there. The boat drops you almost at the BBQ pavillion.
If you are thinking animals and food, Sanna at Kidani village might be a better option especially for a late lunch early dinner. The restaurant faces the savanna and you have a great chance of actually watching the animals while you eat. Request a window seat when you check in. The CM's will do their best to get you the best view possible. The food there is some of the best on property and they can cater to non-adventurous eaters. The best burger I've ever had on property was there.
Cape May breakfast was one of the best character meals I've had.
