[Upon a Star]

We will be doing a split stay this July, 25 - 28 at AKL Kidani, 28 - 3 BCV. I was wondering what the best way to get from resort to resort would be. Would it be the bus to Animal kingdom then take the resort bus to Beach club or bus from AKL to Epcot or the studios and walk over to Beach club. Also what can we do if we have groceries delivered to our room. Will they transfer them with our bags? What are some options to do on a transfer day in the summer heat with DS 7, DD 4, and DD 2. I know we will be homeless from 11 to 4 so napping will be an issue. Thanks in advance the advice on here is great.

Bell Services will transfer your luggage and groceries for you. You can either drop them off at the bell stand or call and have them pick them up from your room. They have cold storage and freezers at the resorts, but during transit they do not. Also, they only transfer the luggage/groceries once in the afternoon, so they will not be available at the new resort until 3 PM or later.

I've done this same split stay (AKV/BCV), and I've found that the best way for me is to take the bus to DHS, then the boat to YC/BC.
