AKL AP rates ?

I read somewhere that a Savanah view in July is $190.
Is that number right and does it include tax?
Has anyone gotten this AP reservation in July yet?

I have a 3 night reservation in August with an AP rate of $211/night inclusive of tax (so $190 would be correct for the net rate), for a savannah view room.
