I called Disney today to make a reservation based on this years rates for AKL std view for Jan 21-31. They did not have any available. All they had was poolview with the one queen bed/bunkbeds, or the savannah view. Is this normal? I know it is very early to book, but I just wanted to secure the room to be on the safe side, and here there aren't any anyway.
I usually end up switching to a AAA MYW with DDP anyway, when the rates are released, but now I am worried that I won't get my standard view at AKL.
Do you think that by the time the 2009 package rates come out, that some rooms will be released?
Oh well, in the mean time, I did book POFQ, just in case. But hopefully, we will get the std at AKL. Thanks for any help that you can give!
