Akl 2/4-2/9

Our group Me 41, two DD 10 and 14, and my mother 72.

First two nights were standard and last three concierge. We were upgraded and put into our concierge room without access to lounge for the first two nights. We were in room 5505 and had a wonderful view. Most nights a gensbok(sp) slept right below our balcony. We could always see some kind of animal.

The parks were empty, we never waited more than 5-10 minutes. Only used fast pass for Peter Pan and Test Track. Most rides were walk ons.

We went on the Sunrise Safari and had a wonderful time. Well worth the cost. Can't wait to do it on our next trip. The concierge lounge and staff were wonderful. I really do miss the coffee machine

This was my first stay at a deluxe and concierge -- now I can never go back. AKL concierge 2004 here we come.

You are so right.... once you do concierge there is no going back..

It would be painful to be there and see the lounge up above the lobby and know you are not allowed in! I couldn't bear to see the "6" button in the elevator and know my card wouldn't work...

I'm spoiled forever now.
