Akershus?

Anyone have luck booking Akershus in November as ADR dates open up. It is the top priority of my group and want to not be disappointed.

I have been trying for two days and found nothing. Up at 6am trying to book. I then tried to find any reservation from now until November and could not find anything. I didn't think Akershus was that difficult to find a reservation. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. Someone on another site told me that they might not have released the times yet until they figure out the candelight processional packages.

I just spoke with a CM, she said they have not released the times yet for November for Akershus. Makes me feel better!!

Does anyone have any idea when the times for November will be released? Akershus and other restaurants that I've seen on the forums are down are ADRs I'm going to be trying to get tomorrow.

I have a reservation for 9 people on November 6th

They told me yesterday that there was nothing opening starting the week of November 12 - I can't speak for the 6th.

I have a reservation for 6 for breakfast 11/10 and 6 for lunch 11/15. so it would seem they are indeed being offered. I would imagine with free dining they may be snagged up fast at the 180 day mark

Guest services rarely know what they are talking about

I'm 172 days out and was a dummy and completely forgot to go on and make reservations at the 180 mark. I've tried every possible time and date slot during our vacation and NOTHING is open! I praying there's an error and if I keep trying I can find something! It's not free dining yet for my trip dates so it can't be because of that I don't think.
I'm so bummed because we really want to do Akershus!!

I spoke with a CM this morning and she had mentioned that some restaurants had not been released yet and she checked for us on 11/12. Unfortunately, dates are released and its fully booked. That's likely the case for that week in November.

What's inconceivable to me is that, last I checked, there is still lunch availability for BOG on 11/20/17, but not Akershus. I thought BOG was the most must-have reservation. . .

Was it just 11/12 that was open and booked, or did it extend later in the week? I think there was some talk on another thread about people having bookings up until the 12th, but that other days in the week had not yet been released. I spoke with a CM last night while trying to book a reservation on 11/16, and I was told that times for 11/16 had not been released yet.

I wouldn't give up. From what I was told, most of the availability has not been released and that it looks as though it is full(because what has been released is full) but in fact it is not. Who knows what the real truth is, but that is what my person told me.

Has anyone gotten any new information about Akershus since the update on Friday? I'm assuming the answer is no, but I'm desperate for any new information. I've been stalking all of the Akershus-related posts since I made my ADRs last Wednesday.

I think dinner is the hardest to get - lunch and breakfast somewhat easier.

As for Akershus - I'll be trying for it later in the month. I plan on using the touring plans reservation finder if I don't get it at 180 days - people have had good luck with that it seems.

Akershus hours just opened up for end of November!!! Got a lunch reservation for my last day in the parks. Go get yours before they are gone!
