Do you have to have an admission to Epcot to go here? One thing I read said just reservation confirmation was needed, while another said ticket admission was needed. I booked breakast here, but am not sure we are going to do the park. Probably will, just niot sure.

Yes, you must have Epcot admission to eat at a restaurant inside the park.

You were likely reading that you would need the restaurant confirmation for EARLY admittance if you have a breakfast reservation before the park officially opens - but you would also need to provide your park admission.
