Our reservation was for 10:00 and we didn't get called to go in until 10:30. Then we waited in a line to get our picture taken with Bell for 25 minutes: no joke. Belle was wearing her "Christmas dress" which is fine I guess but my 2 year old daughter kept telling us that it "wasn't Belle". While waiting in line a guest was complaining to a worker that she had her pic taken with Belle 15 minutes ago and still wasn't seated. We, thankfully, got seated immediately after our picture at 10:55. 4 princesses immediately were at our table for an extremely rushed picture/hello and off they went for the rest of the meal. Our waiter came to the table approximately 15 minutes after we were seated and got our drink order. Our drinks and food plate didn't come out until 11:30, an hour and a half after our reservation time! Bacon was rubbery, sausage was okay. eggs were okay. potato stuff was very peppery, which I liked but my family didn't. Cold bar had some pastries/fruit but not enough of a selection to keep you interested while waiting an eternity for your food. We needed a refill on drinks/food but the waiter never came back and we had to ask another waiter who was roaming around for our ticket. It was the LONGEST, most frustrating meal we had. The food was the poorest of the trip, and the princesses only entertained our family for the first 10 minutes and then disappeared from our "room" completely.
