Akershus Question

I know that they rotate the princesses at Akershus and don't guarantee which princesses will be there. What I want to know is if Belle is typically there, and is she always in the yellow ball gown? I want to make sure I get a pic with her. When we went last December, I was most looking forward to the picture time with Belle in the yellow gown and she was sick that day. So, I was hoping to know if she was there more often than not.

that stinks that she was sick the day you went, wonder why the didn't have a replacement? We went in dec 07 and Belle was there in the yellow dress. I believe Norway is her Home so she is the main princess at akershus like cinderella is at the castle. I thinks she is mostly always there in the yellow dress, it must have been a freak occurence when you went and thats why Disney usually says an asoortment of princesses. We also saw jasmine, pocahontas, aurora and cinderella when we went!

She is usually there for pictures in the front.....she doesn't walk around to the tables.

Belle greeted us at the door on May 3, 2008. Cindy, Mulan, Snow, Aurora walked around. And Mary Poppins was outside posing for pix during b'fast.

Belle (in yellow) was the greater at lunch when we went. She is also in yellow in ToonTown.

Actually, Belle is from France, not Norway. That's why you can see her in France, but she's probably going to be in her blue dress there.

It's my understanding that the yellow dress is difficult to move around in - so if she's in the yellow dress, she's greeting. If she needs to move around the tables,she'll be in the blue dress.

From all the posts I've read, I believe that Belle (in her yellow dress) is more*often* the greeter at Akershus.

She wasn't there when we went in December. We had Aurora doing the photos at the front and then Mary Poppins, Mulan, Snow White and Jasmine rotating around the tables.

We had lunch there on Monday and Belle was the greeter once we were allowed into the restaurant. My DD had her picture taken with her in the yellow ball gown, and then we were seated. They brought the picture to the table (included in the meal, so it was free) before we left. We also saw Cinderella, Alice, Jasmine, and Ariel in her blue dress.

We also saw Belle in her blue dress with the Beast in France, later that evening so that was a nice surprise.

Belle was not there when we went in December either. We didn't mind, because we hadn't seen Snow White yet (DD's absolute favorite), and when we walked in she was the greeter. DD and I gasped. It was amazing. Cinderella, Jasmine, Aurora, and Ariel also made the rounds. It was one of our best character experiences. We did see Belle in yellow in the tent in Toontown as well as in red with Beast at MVMCP.

Belle wasn't there last October either. Sleeping Beauty for photos then Snow White, Cinderella, Alice in Wonderland and Jasmine.

We were just there last Saturday and Belle in her yellow dress was hosting pictures at the door. Mary Poppins, Aurora, Snow White and Mulan were making rounds at breakfast.

I really hope that Ariel is there when we go in September... We'll be there September 12th for dinner, so all i can do is hope i suppose!!

The last time we went for lunch we had Belle (blue and white dress), Princess Aurora, Cinderella and Jasmine. Ariel was in the waiting area posing for pictures "on land" in a a dress.

That sucks.When we went Belle was there when you walked in the doors in her yellow dress.Also,in the middle of our meal,Ariel,Jasmine,Cinderella and Aurora came out to get pictures.We were pretty happy.I am surprised they didn't have a replacement there because it is Disney.lol.
