We are deciding between Akershus PPO or rope drop and Akershus Lunch.
Any thoughts? We've done the breakfast before but are concerned that if we do the breakfast this time we won't be out before the park opens so it would be better just to rope drop it and then do the lunch.

I assume by "it" you mean "Frozen Ever After"."

Yes. If you want to ride the attraction, do that first.
Then, have breakfast later in the morning.

We had great luck with FEA at rope drop over New yEars so i would rope drop and eat later.

Alternatively, my plan is to rope drop Soarin (assuming you are wanting to do another Tier 1), then book FP+ for FEA around 11/12, followed by akershus lunch at 12:30. We are trying to limit walking back and forth unnecessarily. Fingers crossed that I’ll get the FP time that I want though!

Yes rope drop either the ride or the meet and greet. Seems the ride has had shorter lines vs the meet and greet early in the day. May depend on what it looks like when we get there

It depends on the time of year. If you are going any time other than EXTREMELY low season do the rope drop. We were at WDW in mid-May and it was a mad house 20 minutes after rope drop. :(
