Akershus or Tuskerhouse for Breakfast?

I need to drop one ADR (trying to minimize OOP TS) and am going to skip one breakfast. They are both at 8:05 on the day we will be in those parks (Akershus on EPCOT day and Tuskerhouse on AK say) so neither is inconvenient to get to. We have CRT booked for dinner(my daughter just requested this, which is why we are now over in ADR'S) and Chef Mickey for breakfast which she also requested. My daughter is 5 and likes the princesses but we will see them at CRT right after her BBB apt.
So I guess the deciding factors are: which has better food? and is it better to be at EPCOT or Animal Kingdom as the park opens? Thanks

Tuskerhouse has much more variety. Huge buffet with LOTS to choose from.

Akershaus has a small buffet to choose from, which I recall being fruit & some pastries. Then they bring a plate of breakfast foods to be served "family style" to your table (eggs, bacon, potato casserole & biscuits - I think). All very good food, but not much variety.

Tuskerhouse is a little more "lively" atmosphere - much larger restaurant and they do things like parades through the restaurant.

Akershaus is much quieter and more of a "calm" atmosphere.

Hands down, Tuskerhouse provides more of an advantage to those with "pre-ropedrop" reservations. It is located very close to the Safari, so if you want, you will most likely be one of the first in line for the ride that day.

I didn't find much of an advantage to park touring after an early reservation at Akershaus.

Anyway, both are great meals, but since you are already doing one princess dining meal, I personally would suggest trying Tuskerhouse.

AFAIK, Tusker House is the only character meal with Daisy. If your DD likes Daisy, I would vote for TH. I do love PSB, though!
