There was finally availability at Ohana for dinner. Now I have to decide which ADR I want to keep. Any feed back?

DH & I really enjoyed Ohana. Depends on where you are spending your day and which hotel you are in. If you are already in Epcot, go to Akershus. If you are in Magic Kingdom, you can go on the monorail to Ohana, but then you have to get to your hotel or back to your car from there.
Where are you staying, in Disney or out?

They are both great places to try, but Akershus has one of the best character meals if Disney princesses are your thing. You get one free souvenir princess photo, and another four or five Princesses will come to your table for a quick pic.

We're staying at CBR. We'll be at Epcot that morning for EMH, but will be taking a break in the middle of the day.

We could keep both and drop Chefs de France. (We like Chefs, but dropping it would give a chance to try something new.)

Unca makes a great point about the Princesses.

But, I think you hit on the perfect solution.

Although we would return to many of the restaurants from our last trip (our first as adults), we are only allowing ourselves one restaurant 'revisit' this trip (Boma) in order to try more.
This is a great opportunity to find a 'new' favorite.

I like both Akershus and Ohana and I would say go with the one that is nearest you for that time. If you are at Epcot, stay at Akershus but if you are at MK, go to Ohana. Both are great restaurants but it really depends on what type of experience you want.
