Akershus lunch?

We just booked a trip for the first week in Feb. We went to Akershus for dinner and loved it, food was good and dd3 is a big princess fan and the interaction was great. I thought it'd be a great repeat but dinner was all booked and I could only get lunch. I always see reviews for the breakfast and dinner, but how is the lunch?

Lunch is perfectly fine.

You get the cold bar, and then a choice of entre and dessert.

The character interactions were very good when we were there for lunch.

We enjoyed our lunch here very much! The food was good, my kids were happy with the kid's menu choices (Mickey shaped ravioli!) and the princesses were so fun! We were seated at the back of the restaurant, right by the door where the princesses come out. My girls LOVED that because the princesses would periodically peek out the door and they thought it was some kind of game! Also wanted to add that we loved the desserts here too. Practically lick those plates clean.

The food and menu are very similar to the dinner. We had lunch there last month, and it was my favorite meal of the trip. You will definitely enjoy it!

one of the best meals of our trip and I thought the price was reasonable too

I had the salmon burger and it was so much better than I thought it would be, lol. And the soup was delicious!

The best part was the dessert though. They brought out some rice thing, some chocolate thing and the best apple tart like thing I have ever had in my entire life.

Can I ask how much the lunch items are? I have pulled up the menu but only the beverage prices are listed. We have this planned for lunch when we go in March & we're doing 1 extra table service meal. Trying to figure out which one makes the most sense to pay out of pocket! thanks!

It's a fixed price. You pay a single price per person.

It's also not cheap, in part because they include the price of the pictures.

If you have a youngster who wants to see the princesses, it is definitely fun though.
