Akershus: Lunch or Dinner?

Does anyone have any thoughts on whether the food and/or the character interaction (and # of princesses) at Akershus is better during lunch or dinner?

I have a lunch planned, but after looking at the menu I was thinking that dinner might be a better option, and I wanted to see if there were any particular pros and/or cons to either meal.

Cannot compare - we were only there for dinner and it was a good experience overall that I'd recommend.

Food was ok - menu had some regular stuff on it in addition to the regional stuff that was more on the buffet.

Character interaction was exceptional - they spent lots of time at our table and it did not seem rushed at all.

We only have gone for lunch and LOVED it.

I don't think you can wrong with either option. Look over both menus and your schedule and pick which one works best for your family.
