Akershus -- last breakfast?

Hi, I'm looking for anyone who has done one of the last breakfast seatings at the Princess Akershus breakfast. I currently have an ADR for my family for breakfast at 11 am, but am wondering if the princesses will be more rushed than usual (lunch seatings start at 11:55, I think), or if they'll be clearing food while we're eating. Would love to hear experiences with the last seatings at this restaurant. I was trying to find a "brunch" option for my family that day.

I've been wondering the same thing. We have 11am reservations on DD's 5th birthday and I'm hoping it won't be rushed....

We had the 11am seating 11/2010 and did not feel rushed. We checked in 10 minutes early and were seated at about 11:15 am - after the photos were taken. The cold buffet was still well stocked and they restocked the fresh berries and other items while we were there. It wasn't as fresh looking as 8am, but it wasn't bad. The hot items came quickly and we were offered seconds which we took for potatoes and eggs. They were seating lunch before we left and lunch items were on the buffet and we could have had some if we wished. We like the later seating for bfast so we have time to build up an appetite and we'll be dining at 11am at Akerhus again 3/2012.

We also had 11am seating and had the same experience as the previous poster, food was hot and fresh and we were not rushed at all. We really enjoyed that meal.
