Akershus Breakfast characters lately

When you go into the restuarant there is a princess in the lobby. They take the pic and give you a nice little package w/your meal for FREE... We got a 8x10 w/ a nice little cardboard cover and I think 4 4x6's? We lucked out and got 2 sets. My mom was with our family, so I am assuming one was hers. They bring them to you at the end of the meal. You can also add them to your photopass, but we had more then enough pics and didn't have to.

They give you pictures for FREE?? Is that included in your reservation? Does it matter if we're using the dining plan thing? I thought the reservation lady said it was 1 credit - is that still correct or is it 2 like the Cinderella's place? That sounds great!!

Yes, it is still only 1TS credit and you receive the pictures & folder. Have fun

I would recommend adding the pictures to your PhotoPass account, especially if you are going to order the CD. The picture in my signature is from the photo package and I was able to embellish it in my PhotoPass account. You can make different variations. I was able to crop mine differently and make a black and white version too.

Does anyone who ate there recently know if they have mickey waffles at the Akershus restaurant? Mickey waffles are a must for my brothers. Thanks

No mickey waffles.. The buffet had fruit, cheese, breads (danishes, crossaints, etc) and you are served eggs, bacon, sausage and potatoes.

We saw Belle in her Yellow dress, Ariel, Jasmine & Mulan when we were there in Sept.

Both times I've had breakfast there it's been Belle as the greeter, and then Jasmine, Aurora, Snow White, and Mulan in the dining room.

We went on a Monday in September and it was Belle up front, Sleeping Beauty, Jasmine, Mulan and Mary Poppins. The breakfast was really good, my DH has requested that we go back next time.

And a funny story while we were there, the princess were going around the room and once in a while they would have to skip a table if another princess was already there. Jasmine and Sleeping Beauty happen to cross paths right by our table and as they are passing each other, Sleeping Beauty stuck her nose up in the air. I go, "Wow, I guess there is some contention between the princesses." DH replies "Sleeping Beauty is jealous cause Jasmine has abs."

We decided against a SW costume for my DD to wear in Disney, bringing Belle instead. Watch SW be the greeter that day, that would be just my luck I am bursting at the seams and it's still a month away.

We just got back from Disney We ate there on Monday September 29. We hD re picture made with Belle. The princesses that came to the table were Snow White, Mulan, Aurora, and Jasmine. The food was very good.

You really can't predict who will be at Norway, as the characters change so much.

If you are looking for Aurora, she usually is in France and also can be found in Toontown.

As for Belle, I've seen her at Norway in the Blue dress too (she only wears the gold dress if she is the greeter princess). The only other place she will be in the gold dress will be in Toontown. Otherwise she is in the blue dress.

Belle only wears the red dress during MVMCP at MK. She meets in front of Cinderella's Carriage across from Peter Pan's Flight.
