Akershus and Illuminations

We have a 7:55 ressie for dinner at Akershus. Will we be able to see Illuminations from there? This will be our first time to explore the World Showcase and I'm not sure of the location or timing.

I haven't been to Akershus but I'm 99% sure you cannot see any of Illuminations from inside the restaurant. I don't think any of their windows have a view of the lagoon.

I've only been there in the morning, so I wasn't looking, but I'm 99.9% sure you can't see illuminations from there, even if you are sitting on the eastern most side of the restaurant.

I agree with the others it's placed pretty far back into the park pretty much completely away from the lagoon. You might want to move your ressie up so you can leave by 8:00 to get a good seat for the show.

You can't see illuminations from inside Akershush.Restaurants with an obstructed view( can only really see from window seats and thru trees) are Les Chefs de France,Tokyo Dining
Restaurants that have good views is the hacienda at Mexico and Rose and crown in the UK

Thanks so much! Guess I'll be looking for something else. I really want my kids to get the full effect of Illuminations.
