Going there for breakfast with daughter who has peanut and milk allergies , I know it's not a full buffet but I do see that they have fruit on the buffet , due to cross contamination will they get her fruit from the back if I ask ???

A chef will come out and go to the buffet part with you and let you know what is safe. They will make you anything special that you want/need or get you something from the back to avoid CC.
Since it is family style, I don't know if they have anything special they can make like other restaurants.
We have not eaten here since my daughter has needed a special diet, but that is what they do in other places.

They will get her fruit.
I am pretty sure they will have a Namaste mix for pancakes (not allergy waffles, but they will usually have the mix) The family style items besides the meat contain dairy or are baked goods which will come with a cross contamination warning. Be sure to ask what is in the eggs. The standard scrambled eggs are a pre-mix that may have dairy or possibly a cross contamination warning, they should be able to make her fresh eggs if there is any possibility that they are not safe. It would be worth asking if they have a pastry from a special bakery, maybe even babycakes if you are ok with coconut. (coconuts are not a nut, babycakes uses a lot of them but some people with nut allergies avoid coconut)

I've never eaten breakfast there but we've had dinner a few times. The chef has always gotten us the foods found on the appetizer bar fresh from the kitchen to avoid cross contamination. Some things have had to be made custom for us to be safe (like the apple/beet salad has to be made without cranberry juice for us) but other things like fruits have also been grabbed from the kitchen for us even if they don't need customization.

I don't think I've ever heard that they can do allergy pancakes there. I've only heard of Van's waffles. Anybody else hear that? It sure would be nice.

I remember that they have the mix because somebody on the boards once was recomending people get them since they are offered. It rubbed me the wrong way. (It was being discussed in a way of they stock this, so we are all equally entitled to it... While yes, nobody is more deserving than others it is sort of an abuse of a kind offering on Disney's part and I see abuse as a threat to people who depend on it. Its not about a pancake, its about the chef and taking advantage of kindness. I'm sorry if I'm opening a can of worms, but the point is at least in the past they have stocked the mix but not the waffle iron.)
