Akerhaus for Lunch?

We had not made our Disney trip plans yet when the 180 window opened (I know, the shame!) but today I nabbed a 12:10 lunch at Akerhaus and I'm so excited as my five year old daughter is going to be so excited to see the princesses. However, the menu leaves me wondering what to think. It's truly about the characters for us but we do need to eat Anyone have any lunch pics or specific items they loved?

The salmon was absolutely delicious when my mom and I ate there last June. All of the items on the buffet were also excellent.
