AK to AKL for lunch

We will be going to AK tomorrow. Planning to rope drop a few attractions then head to AKL to eat at Sanaa (ADR at 11:30). We would also like to explore the lodge some, as we’ve never done this. Then back to AK for afternoon FPs starting at 3:25. It will be a high crowds day since it’s Easter week.

1) we are staying at AS Mo. Would it be easier and more time efficient for us to drive to AK and then to AKL or to ride the buses? I have an AP so I think parking will be free at the park?
2) What is the latest time should I plan to be at the park gate to make that 11:30 ADR?

The bus ride to and from the lodge to the park is literally 10 minutes. Waiting for a bus though....that is all timing. I've waited a good 15 min for a bus either way. AKL is my home resort so we are there a lot. There is a ton to do and see between both Kidani and Jambo.
Lunch at Sanaa is not what I would call "quick" but it's not slow either. You should figure on at least an hour just for lunch.
You can easily kill an hour between the two hotels. If you just stick to Kidani (much smaller) and not Jambo, you'll shave some time but you'll be missing a lot.
I would drive if you can and don't mind as you can control your arrival/departure times rather than waiting on a bus. AP's still have free parking and always if you are staying on site as well.
I would plan on leaving the park no later than 11 as you want to check in at least 10 min early.
