Ak restaurants EMH PM

Since the animal kingdom park usually closes pretty early ....does anyone know which restaurants remain open during EMH? If Any?

I don't know about the restaurants inside, but we booked a 7:45PM reservation for Rainforest Cafe at the Animal Kingdom. That way we can spend a lot of time in the park and then go eat
