AK - Rainforest Cafe

We are leaving for Disney this Friday (12/26). We'd like to go to Rainforest Cafe in Animal Kingdom on Friday when we get there. Do you think we'll be able to get a table walking up that eveing? I didn't want to try to make a reservations since I'm not sure exactlly what time we'll try to go. I think my one-year-old will love eating there!

My family loves Rainforest Cafe (although a little pricey). We have never been to the ones at WDW, but will be soon! What about making ressies for a little later than you plan? If you show up early they may be able to seat you sooner.

Considering you are going at a peak time and combined with the lack of TS places at that park, I would not go expecting that you will be able to walk in.

The only time I've been able to get a table without a reservation is "off peak" and if we were willing to sit in the bar area.

Thanks for your replies! We changed our mind and decided to go there Sat. for lunch instead! DH called today and got a ressie for 11:30! It will work out perfectly! No need to worry about rushing from the airport to make a reservation!
