We will be there Christmas Day, so I figure it will be pretty crowded by parade time.

Where in Harambe is a good place to watch the parade?

How long does it take for the parade to get back around to Harambe?

Has anyone had a difficult time with getting stuck too close to the smoking area in Harambe for the parade. It seems to be right along the parade route.

Where in Harambe is a good place to watch the parade?

How long does it take for the parade to get back around to Harambe?

Has anyone had a difficult time with getting stuck too close to the smoking area in Harambe for the parade. It seems to be right along the parade route.

It starts in Harambe and ends in Harambe.
It takes about 35-45 minutes to make the complete loop.
If you stay in Harambe you can see it twice, once going out, and again coming back in.

The parade length itself is about 15 minutes from first paraders to last vehicle.

We sat at the Dawa Bar and could see the high stuff of the parade. We had no choice because we were sort of locked into the area once the parade started. We were trying to get to the Safari and it was impossible.

We get the same spot for this parade every time we go.

There is a store located on the right side of the walkway from Dinoland to Asia (right before the bridge). Walking towards Asia, we sit near a column at the first entrance to the store. This is where they place poles and ropes to allow a walkway through the parade route.

This gives you a great view of the parade and no one can sit to your left as you are watching the parade. Every time we sit here, 90% of the characters stop and interact w/ my daughter.

My family has never seen this parade (we always seem to leave AKL prior to 2pm) & I will use this on our March Trip.
