My mom and I arrive at MCO at 9:50am. Taking Disney Transportation to All Star Movies and then heading to Animal Kingdom. Looking for everyone's opinion on times to request our fast passes. Do you think 3:00 would be a good first time?

First one could start as early as 1:30-1:45PM, or so.

Keep in mind that if you do happen to miss one, even after it has expired, you can still
"re-book" it for another available attraction.

(So, make your first FP of the afternoon an easier-to-get attraction.)

I would probably put the first one around 2. That gives you a little more room in case the bus takes longer. You also have some time to look around AK or grab lunch.
Agree with robo to put the more difficult FPs later in the afternoon and make the first one an easy to rebook in case you are late.

Remember that a 1:30pm start FP will be valid for use all the way until 2:45pm (including the 15 min. grace period.)
That's why I picked a bit earlier start-time.

Also, All Star resorts are mere minutes (around the corner) from the Animal Kingdom.
