AK Off-season (Winter) Counter Service Hours

I got bitten by this last trip (November '08), so I want to plan ahead for next trip (early '11): on off-season days when AK is closing at 5 PM, how late are the CS restaurants open and still serving food? If it varies by restaurant, I guess I'm thinking either Flame Tree Barbecue or Pizzafari.

We'll probably head to Epcot after AK closes, so if necessary, we can eat at Sunshine Seasons ... but I'm one of those crazies who likes to plan everything out on paper in advance (okay, fine, waaaay too far in advance).

Generally speaking CS locations are open up until park closing. This isn't 100% true, Disney can change their mind as they want, but it's a good rule of thumb.
