AK Meal Plus Certificates

Are the Animal Kingdom plus certifcates still being sold at the park? As I recall, it was $12 for adults and $6 for kids and included a meal and drink and extra water and snack (popcorn or ice cream) that you could have later.

Yes, they were still available when we were there in the middle of December 2003. We used it at Flame Tree BBQ. We got the Mickey bars to go when we left the park and got bottled water to take back to the hotel with us.

We plan to do this also. Where do you purchase them? Is it right at the counter service restaurant, or somewhere else in the park?

Harambe you can buy them at the restuarant you are going to use them at. We get these anytime we hit DAK and dont eat at RFC.

Is this different from the Q&C voucher or are they one and the same? Thanks.

zad they are different. The Q&C vouchers are $11.25, you have to buy them thorugh Connections or hot wire etc. You get 1 drink, 1 entree and side and dessert--you have to get all at the same time. The AK meal plus voucher are about $12 you get a coupon for a meal, side and drink and another coupon for drink and a pop corn or ice cream and they can each be redemed seperately. At AK the meal plus voucher is the better deal.

Thank you for the clarification. You're right. It looks as if the AK voucher is a better deal at AK than the Q&C. I'll make sure to get them than use my Q&C in AK.
