We did face painting for our son in DTD on our trip last year. The cost was $12. Keep your receipt and you can have the face paint touched up at any of the face painting spots that day (we spent afternoon and evening in Epcot and were able to get the pirate face freshened up)
I think I've seen it at all the parks except MK (although it could be there and I just missed it) so AK isn't the only place. We've done it at AK and HS and after a little while it was smudging because the girls said it itched. We were able to get it touched up for free, but I thought it wound up being a hassle.
I think we paid about $15 3 years ago for a full face paint in AK. My son started crying shortly after over something , one wipe and it was ruined. Waste of money for us , no more face painting in the parks lol
My kids got it done in the morning. One complained that it was too itchy and wanted it washed off within an hour and the other went on Kali River Rapids. BAD DECISION! LOL So it was a waste really, but it was their money and they wanted to do it, so whatever. I have a couple pictures for memories sake.
My DD had hers done in Africa in AK. It was around $15 and the lady we had was awesome!!! It lasted all day and probably would have lasted the next but I took it off easily with makeup remover.
The pictures of her with it were some if my favorites!
DD did it in AK, (it's my avatar)... we did it towards the end of the day... was $20 and she picked from a board. She altered the design to be more what she wanted, no upcharge for that.
