Is it possible at rope drop to get a FP for EE and ride EE standby then ride safari all in the first hour?/ And when will Kali open on an Aug. EMH morning??

anything is possible; is it likely, I don't think so.
First off, the fast passes are usually not available in AK until nearly 9:30am (at least in past years this was the case).
By the time you get to EE, ride it once, get a fast pass and then get over to KS it will be close to 9:45 if all goes well. By 9:45 the line up at KS is usually 30minutes or longer.
But if everything goes right for you, you just might be able to get both rides done in just under and hour. good luck.
