AK Dues and Loan Payment

If I were to add on at AK this month and finance through Disney when would my first payment be due? Also, when would I start paying dues? I am interested in a December use year (if that makes a difference).

When we bought SSR at the end of March 2006, our first loan payment was June 15, 2006. Not sure about the dues part since AKV is in the new stage. I guess it would depend if you wanted to pay monthly or yearly. Monthly would be added to your payment you make every month.

If you purchase a Dec UY, your first points will be Dec '07 points. So you would owe pro-rated dues from Dec 1st, so just one month's worth for 2007. I don't know about the loan payments.

We're adding on at VAK. First payment due 15 May, dues will start with (our October) use year.
