AK Concierge Itinerary Planning Service Frustration

Anyone else having trouble reaching AK's Concierge Itinerary Planning Office? When I call, I never get a live person and I have to leave a message for them to return my call. I have yet to get a return call! So frustrating!! I thought this service would be a help, but it's turning out to be a big hassle instead.

Is there any other way to book the Sunrise/Sunset Safari other than through the Concierge Service?

Have you tried emailing them? I find that it is easier to email them then trying to call

Sorry to hear about your frustration. I did not have the same experience when I called the itinerary office back in September to inquire about the sunset safari. I did leave a message and someone returned my call within 24 hours. I agree with the above poster about trying to email or maybe even calling again and telling them that this is your second message. I too get frustrated when calls are not returned. Good luck!

I haven't tried calling but I usually get a reply from my emails the same day. I can't say enough about Don he's great, this is by far the best experience I've had with IPO.

Thank you so much for the email address!! I didn't even know that they had one.
I'll email them tonight and see if I get a better response than I have through voice mail. I've called three times and left my phone number all three times and still have not gotten a response.

Email seems to be the way to go. I emailed IPS last night and got a call back this morning. Woohoo! Once they do respond, they are wonderfully helpful.

Glad you got a response.
I emailed this morning and within a few hours he had got back to me. I've stayed at the GF and CR concierge and this is by far my best experience.
