We are thinking about doing 1 char. Breakfast and we are leaning toward AK Breakfast because we didn't get into Cindy's. What is the best time to go? Is this the best one? Anyone have any thoughts or ideas? Thanks:Pinkbounc :wave2: :wave2: :bounce:

We had such a great breakfast November 2002 at Donald's Breakfastosauras that we booked it again for this past January... BUT.... this time, it wasnt near as good. The food was still good, but our service wasnt as good, and we only got to see 3 out of the 4 characters. In November, there were CM's everywhere, refilling drinks, talking to everyone, playing pranks on everyone. We saw all four characters, and Santa goofy was there too!! This time, we had to ask for drinks after our cups sat empty for awhile, it took forever for the characters to get to us. and Mickey and Pluto completely skipped our section. They walked right past us, and everyone else near us, and kept on walking out the door. We were finished eating, and were waiting for them to come back. They were clearing our section out, and still, we stood around waiting so our DSm 2, could see mickey. Nothing. Then goofy came out again, and started in the furthest away corner all over again. So I packed up the cameras and we left. You are paying for a character breakfast, and when they ignore you, it just makes for a bad experience. Im not sure I would go back now. We did Cindy's again this Jan with just the girls, and it was great. We did Chef Mickey's last October and it was fun too!!

I totally agree with the previous post. We started going to AK breakfast in 2001 and thought it was great. In fact we thought it was the best breakfast offered. We returned many times since and it was equally great until Sept. 03. Our visit was awful and we vowed never to return. The food was now shared by two rooms full of people instead of each room having their own. The food quality also wasn't near what it used to be. The character interaction and the cast members also weren't as nice. We are going to try Chef Mickey on our next visit.

Our first experience was in December, 2001 and it was wonderful. Saw all four characters, lots of interaction with CM's, and excellent food. We returned in September, 2003 with many family members, at our suggestion, and it had seriously declined. We headed for the buffet line immediately upon being seated and after returning to our table only saw 3 characters, had very little contact with CM's, and the food was definitely no comparison to our previous visit. We will try something new this November when we return. Won't be going back there!
