AK: 1br savanah or 2 br standard?

I've read in other threads that Disney imposes space restrictions. For example, a studio can only have 4 people, no more, unless the 5th is under 3yr. I thought I'd also read the same about a 1-br, that they only allow 4 people in those. Does each site have different rules?

Kidani Village and BLT 1-BR can sleep 5 people. There is a fold out chair in the living room, in addition to the sofabed.
