We are going to Pop Cent. in mid September and a little concerned about getting ajoining rooms. We are a party of five and would be disappointed if we were not together. Are most peoples request for this met?

it's not guaranteed but it's a good chance, but note you probably want connecting rooms which means they have an exclusive door between them. adjoining simply means they share a common wall.

if these are two separate reservations, make sure they get linked together

If kids outnumber the adults there is a good chance you would get connecting rooms (adjoining rooms do not connect, are only close to each other without the door between them). If the kids do not outnumber the adults, you can only request and hope for a connecting room.

Yes, be careful with what you ask for. Connecting rooms have the door inside that opens in between the two rooms. Adjoining rooms are next to eachother and you have to go outside to get to the other room.

You can request connecting or adjoining rooms (depending on your preference) but nothing is guaranteed. We;ve had pretty good luck with our party of five adults. I make the room reservations at the same time - two adjoining rooms, one for my husband and me and one for my in-laws. Unfortunately, we always get connecting rooms. I love my in-laws but would like more privacy since they insist on us leaving that darn connecting door open all the time. Sigh, I try but get connecting anyway.
