AirTran voucher

Does anyone know if the Airtran voucher at www.airtran.com/sunshine can be used to pay for a checked bag? I already purchased my tickets, so I can't use it for that.

Nope, it seems that you can not use them for luggage. Check out my thread about these over on the transportation board. Lots of info!

some one in the original topic on this board said they used the voucher for seat selection, and then they sent her a 19$ check for the remainder. The other choice you could see if you could use it for an upgrade, then you get two free bags checked. Or use it for getting a seat in the exit row for a bit more of leg room, I think that's about 20$ to reserve those seats.
