Airtran - Midway Airport luggage question

DH and I have never flown AirTran before. From reading the posts here we know we should check in online 24 hours or less in advance, choose our seating assignments and print our boarding passes to skip the counter line.

Usually, we give our luggage to the counter people to check for us. If we're bypassing the counter, where do we check our luggage? Where do we go?

And will it be the same at MCO on the way back?

you still give it to the counter. checkin online just gives you resvered seats. i believe you use the kiosk machine area for the luggage.
