Hi all -
DH and I are flying to Orlando in January. I booked our airfar this past Saturday (12/04) and we were good to go. Well, stupid me, I checked my e-mail and noticed that I had a $10 off certificate for AirTran for being an A+ Rewards member. I hadn't used it.
So, just for fun, I e-mailed AirTran's customer service e-mail, and asked them if they could apply the $10 credit because I forgot about the certificate. Well, the very next day I received an e-mail back from them saying that they credited my credit card the $10 back! Yipee!
Needless to say, I was very impressed. I didn't think airline companies would do something like that...
