Airtran - I got a credit - but how to use it?

Just called today.... flight went down, now have for my family of 4 a credit of $144.
So... how do I use it? Anywhere on their site I can find it to show that the credit is there.... and when I book next flight online, how do I use it?
OR... will I have to call to book a flight, and if so, aren't they going to charge me a booking fee or something?

I'm looking under "my account" and don't see where I can find the credit to show up.... and then pretended to book a flight till payment options came up and wanted to see if anywhere to put in that credit, but can't find that either?

I just went through the booking process to see where my credit shows up, and it's not until I get to the payment page. Under "customer credit" - it tells me that I have a $20 credit that must be used by May 22. If you have an A+ rewards number, you should see the credit if you are logged in. If not, call AirTran.
