Airtran from Allentown, PA to Orlando - Changes

Just a heads up to all who love that Airtran flight from Allentown to Orlando . . . Airtran from Allentown to Orlando will discontinue its Tuesday and Wednesday flights as of the new year. They will still offer daily flights Thursday through Monday . . . I was extremely disappointed when I got the email notifying me of my Wednesday January 12th flight cancellation; but I was fortunately able to rebook almost the exact same time on Allegiant. Still returning on Airtran.

Apparently Allegiant is suspending service to MCO and flying solely into Sanford, but I'm unsure when this goes into effect, so I'd double check your flights just to be on the safe side. Airtan was flying into MCO out of LVI, I think, right?

I got the same email. I was annoyed, but it worked out in our favor. We are flying SW out of PHL instead, and saved about $150. We are still returning Airtran into ABE.

Thanks for the Allegiant info - we just make it by about 2 weeks before the changeover back to Sanford.
